How can i have it so either one of two fields are required to be filled out?

So there's two fields, it's required that either one of the fields are filled out, not both or none at all. One of them is required to be filled out to submit. 

I figured it out, you use the conditions tool at the top that looks like two arrows crossing, to add the logic in for the fields.
