This is possible. You can use any of the following options.

    2. Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page

    3. Creating-your-first-Webhook-with-JotForm

I hope this helps. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know and we will be glad to help you any time. Thank you.

Thank you for responding, however I don't think any of those suggestions really help me.

What I want to do is create a jotform, then post each of the fields in my form to an external API.

Not to a php or any other webpage, not to another jotform, no webhooks, just a REST API call. The Api link you listed is the API jotform, I meant another website API from a jotform.

      Thank you,

You cannot create custom API calls directly from the Jotform forms. You would have to follow the recommendation that my colleague Mike has provided, and set up a custom PHP Thank You page to receive the data from Jotform, and make your own API call to the external service from that PHP page.

Please take a look at the guide on Sending-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page. You will then use this data in your custom script to perform the custom function that you are after (your API call), in a manner similar to how-we-can-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP.

    I hope this helps.
