My forms are not being delivered to my email address

Suddenly this morning the form submissions are not being delivered anymore. I have it setup to send to three different email addresses and I'm not getting them at any of the three.

I checked spam filters and nothing is being blocked by a spam filter.

I have several forms and the only one that does not appear to be working is the "Change Order form."

    Hi,

To confirm, you are not receiving email notifications right? I've checked all your notifications in the form "Change Order", but none of them are in our bounce list and our mail logs did not show any failed email attempts. You can check your form's email history to check in your end, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

I noticed that all of the email addresses are in the same email domain, @signsmanufacturing.com. It's possible that the email service provider is blocking our JotMail IP addresses and domain name servers. You might need to contact them and whitelist us, here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

Have you tried using a different email for testing purposes? Try a Yahoo or Gmail and see if you can receive an email notification from those.

Do let us know if this helps.
