    Secure Form

Asked by workingfilms on December 06, 2011 at 10:03 AM

I had originally embedded a secure form on my website, but when I realized I am limited to 10 secure submissions, I switched it back yesterday to a non-secure form because I already received 8 submissions. Today when I received a submission but my secured submissions went up to 9, so that worries me that they are not being applied towards non-secure submissions.

Do I need to take out the "secure" part in order for it to  not count as a "secure" submission? If I exceed my 10 secure submissions, will the rest just be non-secure or will people not be able to submit their submissions at all?

Do you have the form embedded in a website anywhere? if so, you will need to update the embed code.

The standard URL for your form is http://form.jotform.com/form/13341153926

This is the one you should be using.

    Hope that helps.
