When respondents upload high-quality images (c. 3MB), why does the questionnaire refuse these, and erase input to all questions?

Two respondents attempted to upload high-quality image files that resulted in a failure to upload, and their input to the survey (including text responses to other questions) has been erased. Can you let us know what may cause this behavior, and how to fix it?

I've cloned your JotForm to my account to see what could be the issue with uploading images. As I verify, I notice that the upload fields are set to receive only 1MB size files and hence you may be experiencing the issue. You may increase the upload size limit using Max File size option from the tool bar for each upload field.

Please refer to the guide below for more information on changing upload size limit.

    Hope this information helps.
