Our organization has chosen Jotform as our Adobe Forms replacement, but the way it works is that each department has an upgraded premium, economy or professional account, and form contributors have free accounts and contribute as sub-users to the main account. The sub-user concept as it applies to Jotform has been exceptionally difficult for people to understand here, so I've attempted to learn what I could and build a diagram to explain it more clearly. Can someone please take a look at it and verify it's accuracy? To be honest, I'm not sure I grasp it fully yet either.
