The encryption was not properly tested or rolled out in a manner were I could have minimized the risk of productivity to my operations. Very unprofessional. I do not want a canned response from a developer that does not specifically answer my issue with step by step instructions.

Unfortunately, we do not provide over-the-phone support at this time. So we will not be able attend to an over the phone call.
