Only First name is displaying in encrypted submissions view

Asked by Alex on July 16, 2015 at 05:31 PM

I am also testing encrypted form and it seems that some data is missing from submitted form. I am testing simple form with Your name, Your email address, and Your Message and in submissions in Your Name field I can only see First Name, but no Last Name.

Also is there any other way to decrypt form data except going back through jotform website?

    Thank you.

Thank you for reporting the issue with Full Name field. Though our developers are already looking into this issue, let me forward your thread also for any update we receive in this regard. If there is any update, you'll be posted through this thread.

Also, it is required to login into your JotForm account to view the submissions normally by uploading your private key. Unfortunately there is no other way to decrypt form data without logging into JotForm at the moment.

    Thank you!!

    Hello Alex,

The issue is now resolved. You may now see your submissions with first name and last name.

Let us know if you still experience any issue with this.

    Thank you!!
