    my site is http://stratus-networks.com

    i would like to know why inserting wishbox into any part of the webpage header.php, footer.php, sidebar.php.

    it freezes the countdown widget and testimonials widget. why is this? also stops my front page slider. how can this be remedied?

    Its most likely some javascript on your webpage conflicting with Wishbox code.

    Are you able to create a copy (test) of your webpage with the WishBox code added?

    It would be really useful to help our developers see if they debug the issues on your website.

    Thanks.

    I have assigned your issue to our developers.

    How long can you leave you webpage like that? It may be a little time before the developers can work round to having a look at your webpage to see if anything can be done.

    Its very difficult to be exact about when the developers will be able to take a look at this.

    Thats why I suggested a test page with the same content as would be on your live page.

    It should be just a matter of copying and pasteing the HTML (etc) from your live page into a test page.

    It seems one of the plug-ins you have included on your page has a veraible on global space and it gets overwritten.

    You may try to resolve this issue by adding:

    jQuery.easing.def = 'easeOutQuad';

    at the end of wishbox javascript code like this:

    < script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript"></script>
    < script type="text/javascript">
      new JotformFeedback({
         formId         : "id",
         buttonText   : "Wishbox Form",
         base            : "http://www.jotform.com/",
         background  : "#F59202",
         fontColor      : "#FFFFFF",
         buttonSide    : "bottom",
         buttonAlign   : "right",
         type             : false,
         width           : 240,
         height          : 542,
         instant         : true
      });

      jQuery.easing.def = 'easeOutQuad';
    </script>

    Let me know if this works for you.

    Do you have a copy of that page with Wishbox embedded? As your page contains a lot of jQuery plugins, having conflicts is inevitable. However, our support team might be able to help if we have something to play around and test solutions with.
