There seems to have been a problem during the process of downloading source code and and putting it onto your web server.

The form, when hosted on JotForm itself is fine -> http://form.jotform.com/form/13392300107

Are you not able to use one of our embed methods to get the form onto your webpage/site?

    Hello,
Thank you for your answer. I can use embed methods but I wanted to make changes by hand because I have not found successful in doing in the generator:
    - How to change the size of text fields (name and surname for example, larger assets)? => I did it directly in "Formulaire_sans_nom.html"
    - How to translate the text of error messages (for example: This Field is required.) => I did it directly in "jotform.js"
If you have a solution, let me know!
    Thank you very much,

    BR

    1) you can change the size of the text fields with some custom css:

for example the css ids for the text fields of 'first name' & 'surname' are #first_1 & #last_1

So to, set different widths for these fields:

On the Setup & Embed toolbar, select Preferences, then Form Styles, in the Inject Custom CSS text area add something like the following CSS.

    #first_1 {width:130px !important;} #last_1 {width:230px !important;}

An example form with those customisations: http://www.jotform.com/form/13404931367

    2)  You can also customise the form warnings to anything/language of your own choosing, again clicking on the Setup & Embed toolbar, clicking Preferences, Selecting the Advanced Settings tab, then clicking the Form Warnings button.

    Hope that helps.

No problem, we can help customise most things on your forms without needing to resort to embedding JotForm source code on your own webpage.

If you need any help, please just open a new thread for each new issue and we will do our very best to help.

I'm curious how did you manage to get label with éçôà render ok in your email notification?
The label are not ok but the field content are Ok.
