I just tried one of your form, which by the way you have disable, and the embedding options appear:
Can you please try again? Try login out, clearing browsers cache, and logging back in. If that does not work, please try using another browser, we recommend using Google Chrome and FireFox.
If you still experience the issue, please let us know what browser version and operating system you are using, so we can replicate the issue and find the solution. Let us know what happens.
