My forms are not sending to my email they are sending to my jotform control panel

I need 3 multiple email accounts to operate and can not get them to work, only from my admin email with in JotForm, even when I add another mail, pretty simple from the add email envelope while creating a form. But when testing for sales@atlantissolar.com the form defaults to sales@boostinverter.com . When I change my email in the admin control panel of JotForm, now no form sumissions are going to my email at all, they go to my control panel of the form with in JotForm.

I am sorry, but I have spent hours working on this, and understand exactly what needs to be done, but is not working as you state.

Now I do not receive any test submissions to my email at all, only show in the usage control panel of JotForm.

Please help correct this, or just kindly refund my payment. I paid to make forms for 3 sites I own and expect this to be a 123 and done. Creating the forms is not the issue, the email to work as it should is my issue, and it is not working.

I just check your account and there is one form only, but it does not have any email notification created:

So, please set your email notification as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

In the guide, there is an important notice, please follow it:

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If you are trying to test the email alerts using " Test Email " button please note that this will always send the email notification to the email address associated with the one on your JotForm profile. Please refer to this guide here How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address.

Now, if you need to forward the notification to more than one email address, you have to options:

    1) Send the same notifications to multiple recipients: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

Simply enter email addresses, each followed by a comma and a space. Do not place anything after the last address.

    Here is an example:

    user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com, user3.domain.com

    2) Create a new email notification for each email address by simply repeating the steps provided on the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Check your spam folder if you still do not receive the notifications. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
