Form Errors

    Hello, we have recently added the following 3 new questions to our pre adoption form;

    Please talk about prey drive. Is the prospective adopter aware that sighthounds can have high prey drives? Do they realise that the dog may run off and chase anything from birds, to rabbits, to livestock and other livestock? Do they realise that the dog has the potential to injure or kill anything that they catch and that dogs with high prey drive often need to be kept on lead and muzzled?

    Would they be willing to adopt a dog with a high prey drive?

    Does the adopter realise that a dog that is NOT cat safe may chase and even catch or kill a cat that the dog meets on a walk or enters the garden. Please explain that if they adopt a dog that isn't cat safe they should check the garden before letting the dog out, and consider muzzling the dog when walking in a residential area.

    None of the answers to the above questions are coming through on the email- even though they show on our website.

    Help!

    Hi,

    I cloned your form to test it and all three fields appear to be coming through in the notification:

    Have you made any recent changes or added a new notifications?  Everything appears to be setup correctly.

    If you are still having trouble with those fields not coming through in the notification, let us know and we we will be happy to have another look.
