Hi, yesterday I read the encryption option for the forms, I enter to check in configuration and chose the option for a while, then I unchecked the option (I remember to have done that) but in my form some fields are with weirds characters, so I guess they are encrypted. I never follow the process to upload a key, when I entered to check my I saw that fields and the page is asking me for a key.

How can I recover the info of my encrypted fields?? The form is: Clone of FORMULARIO DE INGRESO DE ALMNOS PARA RECORRIDO

    PLease your help

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you are not asked for a Private Key on your encrypted form Submissions page, it means that key is already saved in a browser local storage.

In this case, you can try to remove saved Private Key from the browser local storage.

    Here are instructions for Chrome:

    1. Go to Submissions page.
    2. Use Ctrl-Shift-I (or Cmd-Opt-I on Mac) to open the DevTools.
    3. Go to Resources tab and remove jStorage key from Local Storage section, see the next screenshot.

Reload submissions page, and you should be asked to upload the Private Key file again. If you downloaded multiple Private Keys to your computer, you will need to re-upload the most recent file (downloaded last).

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
