JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Thank you for contacting us.
When you access the Submissions page of encrypted form, you should be asked for a Private Key. Usually you need to upload it only once, and it will be automatically saved in your browser local storage.
Then, you will see decrypted data.
Note, that you still need to keep the Private Key file in a secure place. The submission data (encrypted) is gone if you lose the key file.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.
How do I obtain that private key?
You should be able to get a private key when you first use or open the Encrypted Forms feature.
Here are the guide links to learn more about this feature:
Please do make sure to check the Frequently Asked Questions on the guide links I shared.
