Can I prevent a form from being submitted based on a date in the form?

I am working on a form in which the clients will input a date for a conference they are attending. However, they must fill out the form at least two weeks before the date of the conference. Is there a way to prevent them from submitting the form if the date they enter is within 13 days of the current date?
