    BOS NOITE ESTOU COM UMS PROBLEMAS REFERENTE A UNS FORMULARIOS DE PEDIDOS ONLINE https://www.flickr.com/photos/45053547@N04/19593473048/in/dateposted-public/, nas opçoes 01, 02, 03 dentre outras estao desse jeito quando na verdade eles tem de estar como os itens por ex. 04, 05... sem aparecer as questoes 'TIPO', 'PRICE' E 'QUANTIDADES'N COMO RESOLVER ISSO, ESSE LINK ACIMA SE REFERE AO APP QUE CONTEM ESSE FORMULARIO, PEDIDOS ONLINE
