My embeded form is showing up differently then the preview on your site.

Hello,

I am using Wix. Here, on my homepage, I have embeded a form, but when you hover over the form and scroll, there is more things on the form and what looks like some code with another submit button under the area that I want to show.

Can you please let me know how to fix this.

It appears that there is some extra code on your Wix HTML tool. Please remove everything below the JotForm script (first row) through Wix editor.
