Hello,
We are using your forms for scholarship application submission. We will have a review committee reviewing all of the forms (once they have been completed). Is there a way that the review committee can rate each of the forms AFTER they are filled out?
Thank you.

Yes, it is possible to rate the form submissions after reviewing them.
You can use the Edit Link option of the form to let the reviewers rate the submissions afterwards.
user guide: -How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Here is a demo form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51977698757987? you can test.
I have set this demo form to use your account email so that you will received the Autoresponder Email with the Edit Link if you let someone test submit this form.
You can clone the form if you like so that you can review it on your Form Builder

Hope this help. Let us know if you have further inquiry.
Thanks.

cbsnowsportsReplied on July 30, 2015 at 5:39 PMHello Jonathan,
Thank you so much for letting me know. I guess I should have explained better... I want our review committee to be able to give a "grade" on each of the submissions by the applicants. Can we do something like that instead of the applicant being able to update their form?
Thank you.

Hi Kate,
The solution I have provided was suppose to be reviewed by Reviewers only, not the Applicants.
In the demo jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51977698757987? I provided, you can see the section where the Reviewers will review the form.
The process is like this.
1. Applicants fill up and submit the form.
2. Reviewers can received the Email notice of the Applicants submission.
3. Reviewers will be able to rate the Applicant's base on the submitted data.
4. After the Reviewers rate the Applicant they can submit again the form.
All the data (Applicant's data and Revier's rating) will be in your form's submission database.
Hope this help. Please tell us if the process I have described is not what you need.
Thanks.

This is very helpful, I'm sorry I didn't understand you the first time. If we add the auto-responder, and put in an email address for the reviewer, they will be the only one to get the updated form, correct? I just don't want the athletes getting the form with a rating on it, you know?
Thanks very much.

cbsnowsportsReplied on July 31, 2015 at 5:44 PMAlso, Jonathan, can you sign on to my forms already created and check what I've done? It doesn't seem to Auto Respond - I don't think I set it up correctly. I've made some changes since you've done the demo jot form so I'm having an issue recreating the auto responder.
I really thank you for your help.

Hi Kate,
I made a slight adjustment in your test form http://www.jotform.us/form/51895976531167 autoresponder email.
I re-added the Edit Link properly so that it will have a valid link when in the email message.
How I test:
1. I fill up your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51895976531167
2. In the committee email, I used my own email as a test so that I can received the Autoresponder email
3. I submitted the form.
4. I got the Autoresponder Email
5. Simulating that I am a Reviewer (I got the auto email), I can now use the Edit Link in the email message to Rate the Applicant submission
6. When the Reviewer submits the form again, you will now see in the form's submission data the rating given to the applicant
user guide: -How-to-view-Submissions
If you checked it on your test form you will see the rating I gave
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
