Why will the shipping field not go to zero once $100 total has been reached

I have conditions setup to add $9 if the subtotal is below $100

Or add $0 if the subtotal is over $99

    It adds $9 regardless.

Also, why can the subtotal not be manually changed by the user, but the shipping and GST can be?

    Thx

I test your form, and I can immediately see what is not working.

The "Cost for each Print" is always at zero(0) only... so nothing is being calculated across all the numbers.

I suggest that on testing your form, you show first the hidden fields that have calculations so that you can see if calculations are really working

when I did this on a test form, the Cacl field is not doing any calculation

Please review this user guide on how to properly Assign Calculation Values to dropdown field selection.
