When the responder gets their confirmation of order e-mail, will it be in a printable format (payed invoice)?

    Thx

Yes, you can have a custom Sender Address that appears to be from your own company. Please take a look at our guide on How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert. The guide is written for a Notification, while you would be using an Autoresponder, but the process is the same.

You will need to verify the address first, before you can use it as a custom sender address.

We also provide an alternative way of setting a custom sender by using Mandrill service. You can read more about it in our guide on How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.

When it comes to your users being able to print their (auto-responder) emails, that depends largely on the software they use to view their emails and on how you set up your Email Notification to look. You can adjust the appearance of your email notifications by editing its body while setting up the notification.

What might be better for your users and printing would be to use add a PDF Link to your Autoresponder email, so that your users can download a PDF of their submission and print it out at their convenience.
