What's the maximum file size you can attach, when the form request an attachment (pdf or jpg)?

There's actually no limit to the size of file that can be uploaded using a JotForm form. However, you have to consider several factors like the internet connection of your users as well as the device they use to access your form and upload the file (they may be using a smartphone or tablet which is slower than desktops or laptops and relies on 3G or wifi internet connection which is slower than DSL or cable internet).

Here is how you can increase the maximum upload file size limit of your form's upload file field:

    1. On the Form Builder, click on an upload question,

    2. You will see a toolbar at the top. Click on "Max File Size" button,

    3. Increase it.
