Is there something I need to do to ensure my forms work for all my clients in all browsers?

May I know how did you embed the form on your page? Did you use the form full source code?

The form's direct URL is working properly, I checked it in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Is the form not showing on your end? Please clear your browser cache and try to disable any browser add-ons and extensions.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

I tested both the embedded form on your web page and the form at its own URL and while it's true there's a delay of a couple seconds between pressing the keys and the entries appearing, it is functioning on my end. Upon cloning the form I was able to confirm my hunch that the delay was due to the Autofill feature being enabled was correct. Once the feature is disabled, your form will work much faster. Here's my clone which has autofill disabled.

Do inform us if disabling autofill resolved the issue.

    Thanks
