Can you please tell me why my forms are not showing up?

Asked by vytocorwebsolutions on December 07, 2011 at 04:13 AM

I have a number of forms that are not showing up on my HTML based websites that I have designed for customers. It appears when the page loads initially, but disappears soon after. It tends to happen mostly on the forms with smaller dimensions. This is a very important issue and I have a number of clients sending complaints to my company. Please help to solve this problem. I have attached a screen shot of ONE of the sites. However, it is happening on multiple websites. I have included there links below as well. Thanks

If you use the javascript you should be fine, furthermore you can edit the dimensions of the form in Jotform. Or how do you implement the code?

Both those sites appear fine in Chrome.

My guess is that there is some kind of javascript conflict on other browsers.

Can you please try embedding the forms with the Iframe Embed method?
