I was wondering whether I could use jot form from within a google site that would successfully do the following:
1) Allow employees of the company to enter specific invoice info: account code, name, project reference, amount, invoice reference, tax code and a status e.g. pending, authorised, posted.2) Allow them to attach a PDF of the invoice that would be automatically stored on the google drive.3) Allow them to press "submit" after entering all info which would clear down the form ready for the next entry4) Once submitted I need all info to be pulled into a google sheet ready for filtering and export.5) I would also like to receive an email notification each time a new form is submitted and the google sheet updated?
A lot I know but is this possible? Any help would be much appreciated

Yes you can. You can use JotForm to build wonderful forms. There are a lot of tools, widgets and apps you can use here. Please check this demo form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51994306509967
This demo shows the options under Form tools. A regular text box is where you can put a invoice number etc.
There are also Quick Tools. So there are a lot of features to choose from.
