My forms can't view

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that your form was working before as I have checked if a cloned version of it would work when I replicate your website.
I have checked the forms you have on your account and almost all of it are in Vietnamese.
Your account was automatically suspended because your forms were made using a different language. I would recommend you create your form in English and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want. You can use this guide to perform such action: How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual
Make sure to select Vietnamese as your default language.
I have unsuspended you account, but please make sure you follow the instructions I have mentioned above.
