Are you pertaining to the verification code that was sent to you when you're trying to add a Sender Email?
If your email address is not showing on the list inside the red box on the image below:
Then you can repeat the process on this guide: How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
But, if you already have added it successfully and it is already showing on the list and you still need to have the verification code but have lost it or deleted the email sent to you, you can:
Delete the Sender's Email by:
Make sure you're logged in to your account to perform this action.
Once you have deleted it, you can repeat the process on How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
Please be noted that you will be given the same verification code that was given to you the first time you have added your email address.
