You can integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet first.

And then convert the form to Fillable PDF Form.

This will then integrate the PDF Form to Google Spreadsheet, which will result in PDF submissions integrated to spreadsheet.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if this is not what you meant.

It will help us understand more if you provide more details about your inquiry.

    Thanks.

    Ok,
So what I am doing is setting up the forms to do pasture monitoring over about 140 sites. I have broken them into 3 areas. As I do not have network access across most of the sites (I am in western Queensland) I have downloaded into a pdf (my tablet only works with pdf as well, I have a sony dpst-1), then I have linked each (3) to a separate spreadsheets (not sure if I can link into a single one?)
Onsite I complete a separate pdf for each site, then when I get back to the office the plan is to save back to my computer and upload each one.
I have attached a copy of one of the pdfs.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
    thanks

Unfortunately, the attached PDF didn't went through, I assume you replied to the email notification and attached the file?

Please upload it on a file storage like Google Drive or Dropbox and share us the download link so that we can see it.

If I understand you correct, you would like the PDF form to submit the data directly in your Google spreadsheet, is that correct? If that's the case, you need to follow my colleague's suggestion above.

If you have your own PDF form, that is not created to JotForm, you can upload it to us using this link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. You can choose the 3rd option.

But you won't be able to edit it and integrate to our Google spreadsheet. However, you can still download the submission as an Excel file by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

Another thing to take note, you cannot link an existing Google spreadsheet to your form. If you integrate a Google Spreadsheet in to your form it will automatically create a new spreadsheet.
