    I subscribe a month ago and my subscription was done automatically and i dont know and i want my money back Please.

    Hello econydre,

    Please be noted that Jotform is a subscription based service. Once you upgrade your account, your subscription remains active until you cancel it.

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription. I have also processed the refund for last order. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please be noted that your account is downgraded to free plan.
