Hi, a survey I put out last week is responding to participants with "Form over quota - the form has exceeded its allocated quota".

    Hello Paul,

I see no forms in your account although you're a premium user.

Did you accidentally publish those forms on another account?
If yes, I can move them to your premium account.

Can you tell me the form URL?

I'll be happy to help you.

    Thank you

Yes, we moved recently to premium, I guess this form was created under the free account and I expected it and others to migrate across automatically.

    The url is https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/51874824528364

    Thank you, excellent support.

You may want to look at the system you have in place for automatically migrating surveys, as an option for the customer.

    Regards,

    Paul
