Can you tell us if this is specific to a single form or is this happening on all of your forms?
If it is on one or several forms - but not on all, do let us know so that we can inspect them and see what might be the issue causing this.
I presume - based on your text, that they are coming to your email, but that not all expected data is shown, but some missing? Or is it that you are not receiving emails at all?

Hello
when clients complete the form they are not receiving the confirmation email at all

it is doing it on all the forms

Based on what you have mentioned in your previous post, this seems to be happening to your form autoresponders (emails that are sent to the people filling out the form).
I went into your submissions to find the emails and look for them in our log and it is true, that for some forms, the emails were not sent, but after checking out the form, I can see that you do not have email autoresponders set on the same forms:
Fashion Show Model Casting Call Signup
Swag Bag Advertisement Registration
Signature Model Registration
etc
Please go into all of your forms where you want to setup the email autoresponder and follow the steps shown here: Creating a Form Autoresponder
As you add them to your jotforms, your clients should be getting them.
