We can't see the forms?

    Hello, we have created several forms with your website, that was great, bravo to you all! So we put one of the forms on our own website, but now since 2 days that we cann't see the form anymore and even when we tried to "visualise" the forms on the jotform site it says "form not found". So we don't know why.

    Secondly, we can't change the themes of the forms too. Exemple, i choosed a theme, then i clicked use theme and choose one of the form, but then nothing happened...then i tried "install theme", it turned to a page like "installing" but then it stayed at this page very long time and blocked.

    Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

    Your forms were disabled because they were in a different language, but they are now active. I would suggest that you make it in English first and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want.

    Why is this? We got a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Arabic, French, Japanese and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. To avoid future suspensions, you need to first make your forms in English and follow this steps on translating them in your preferred language: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual. You can then select the other language as the default one.


    Also, I noticed that you are asking for some sensitive information, I translated one of your forms.

    And it seems like it is asking for some sensitive information like Passport, Visa and Bank Account. I'm not sure if the translations are correct. But please do avoid asking your users some sensitive information, you will also be autosuspended for this as this is a violation of our Terms of Use, please check this page for more details: http://www.jotform.com/terms/
