    wishbox selection box size

Asked by cookingwithus on December 07, 2011 at 02:20 PM

Just took and was wondering if there was a way to make the box on the Wishbox comment box to full size of the screen verses just a tiny box that is there now. The code appears to be working some what on my site now, but for whatever reason it only shows a tiny box to select from and no way to scroll down the page to select info below the box, any ideas? Any other questions let me know like I said the code at least seams to be working now not just up to standards with the size of the box to select areas on the site, and no way to move up or down the page after clicking the send feedback button un my site for the wishbox.

I would like to inform you that you can open your Wishbox form under My Forms, then select Text Box element and change the Height in order to increase the comment box:

Please note that we do not have any settings to change Wishbox selection area, and it depends on site position in the browser. You will have to scroll down to some section, and then use the send feedback button. The tool is designed to work in this way.

    Thank you for providing feedback!

    Mike,
Thanks for the info that makes sense in the fact of scrolling down the
screen to select the area of intrest in the preview window. I had taken and
tried earlier today and things were working fine. However I had taken and
gone into my account this afternoon, to get the link code for a form on my
account with no problem. But however had gone back into tonight and it said
after I put my username and password that my account had been suspended.
And now nothing works and was wondering what was going on being that I had
not done anything to get my account suspended. If you can shed any light on
this and let me know being you've been pretty prompt at getting the wishbox
working, And now that it is working it says my account is suspended,
    hugh????///

    Hi Steve,

Your account was autosuspended by our system due to one of your form contains username and password field. JotForm does not have membership features, when you create forms asking for username and password our phishing filter will automatically suspend your account. Forms created with JotForm does not have the feature to interact with database, there are other applications suited for that kind of job.

I have unsuspended your account for the meantime so you could delete those forms. We will be monitoring your account until those forms are totally deleted.

I hope you understand why we need to implement this rule. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thanks,

    Idarktech

    Hello,
The only site that I have the forms on are my desktop site
and just created a mobile web site through a free service which I know
that has a Twitter option, but do not even like Twitter nor do I use it
or ask anybody for information. he only thing I have on both sites is a
Facebook page for the site. I have the links to the sites below .. I
also am in the process of doing a mobile site on the same service that I
am using for for the desktop version the link to the new site which is a
mobile site but can be viewed off a desktop as well is s follows:
http://winksite.mobi/thechef/cookbooks then my desktop site of
http://www.cooking-with-us.com and then the desktop mobile site of
    http://winksite.mobi/thechef/food
    But
never had an issue with anything untill last night and had been usiing
the Jotform for a while now, and jut added the mobile sites, and had the
issue last night. You may see a working version of the desktop mobile
site either from the link above or here
    http://winksite.mobi/thechef/food OR from
    http://www.cooking-with-us.com/mobilepage.php which has a working
version of how the mobile site looks on your smartphone. Also can
download the android app below. Any questions please let me know, thanks
    a lot

    Dear Steve,

We understand that your account is fully legit. We host millions of forms, and unfortunately, our automatic anti-phishing system makes mistakes sometimes. For now your existing forms have been whitelisted.

Thank you very much for using our services!

It means that our anti-phishing filter will not monitor your existing forms. However, if you create a new form it may be reviewed by the system. That is why we recommend to avoid creating login/membership registration forms (forms that are asking for username and password).

    Have a nice day!
