Hi there guys! I hope this email finds you well! My name's Mercer and I'm the integrations specialist here at Campaign Monitor! I was taking a look at your integration with us today after a call with a customer, and realized that you only have the option to map name and email—I wanted to see if there was an option that might be available in the future to include custom field options? Custom fields are pretty readily accessible for lists via our API here: https://www.campaignmonitor.com/api/lists/#list_custom_fields. You could use that to list the Custom Fields, and then make them available options for individuals filling out the forms. I told the customer that I would get back to them with your response, so could you please let me know if this is something that you would be available to do?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

It seems like currently, the integration that we have does not support custom fields to Campaign Monitor. But I will forward this to our developers as a feature request.

For the meantime, if it's possible, you can suggest to the user that Zapier has an integration to JotForm and Campaign Monitor that he/she can try. I don't have a test account to verify the custom fields there, but please do try.

We will update you on this thread when we hear any news regarding the implementation of the custom field in the integration.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
