The Jotform to Freshbooks integration works beautifully if:
-the client is new
-the client doesn't have the same email address as another client
If the email or phone is the same, the new invoice is merged into the FIRST account.
This is a problem for my Serial Entrepreneurs who have many businesses but just one email/phone.
Is there a way to change this up?

It's not doing the same to my end. "Create Invoice" is chosen in the integration and I have submitted four times to my test form and it's creating a new invoice for each. Here's a screenshot:
Here's my test form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42431855292961. You may consider testing it out.
Any information on how to replicate it?
Thanks

Ok--the missing variables:
add a field for ORGANIZATION
The problem is not with creating separate invoices,
the problem is with creating separate client accounts.
Jotform is merging two ORGANIZATIONS into one, based on email or phone.

So, the Organization is based on the "Domain Name" field. I've tried it again and it's not doing the same:
I have submitted twice with the same domain, submitted once with a different domain. All submissions had the same email and phone numbers. All are created as a separate client.
Any information on how to replicate the problem?
Note that I'm using a cloned version of your form with the same field mappings:
