Hi, I wanted to know why my forms will be disabled.. I did'nt want the SSL form, just a basic form.. I have it pasted on my facebook page... but now every time someone fills out a form it says that my quota has been reached for this month.. (10), whereas 2 months ago I had 35 submissions without any issues.

If I have the form on an SSL setting, how do i get rid of it?

The message I am getting is, "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month. "

The form link is : http://form.jotform.us/form/51368981563163

Please reply ASAP as I have submissions coming in for the next few days.

    Thanks

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have reset your submissions quota, so that your forms will not be disabled. However, this is something that we can do only once per account.

Note, that since Facebook uses https connection by default, it means that SSL might be required for embedding within Facebook. In other words, regular form will most likely not load on SSL page due to "insecure content" error.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
