    I need help in creating a form where fields that the user enters posts to our Velocify lead management system.

    I am in urgent need of creating a form that will post the form fields into our leads management system. How can I go about this and how quickly can this be done?

    Which lead management system do you have? 

    You can check for the already available JotFom CRM Apps integration here.

    I also recommend creating your jotform account if you haven't done so yet.

    Hi –
    Thank you for your response! I am rather new in webforms and integrations with third party services, so please bear with me.
    Currently, our after-hours answering service agents uses a webform built by our leads management system, Velocify/Leads360. The agent completes the fields the customer provides, hit “Submit Lead”, then a new lead is created in our system with the customer’s information.
    Example:

    However, the issue is that I cannot edit the layout of the fields. This is the limitation with the webform which brought me to your company. My goal is to create a script that the agents can read off of while entering the customer’s information.
    Example:
    “Hi, thank you for calling. May I have your Customer Number? {Customer Application ID}”
    Various form fields will appear throughout the webform withint he script. Each of the form fields have a corresponding field in our lead management system. When the agent completes the fields the customer provides and “submits” the webform, I need for the lead to post to our system. How can I accomplish this?

    Currently, our form doesn't have integration support yet with Velocify lead management system.

    If I understand your current requirement correctly, I think you can also just use the form's Send Post Data  feature to capture the customer's information and post the data to your leads system.

    Another way is to use Webhook to read HTTP Post notification to a URL.

    For now, I will also submit a request feature ticket to our higher team support to include Velocify lead management system in JotForm integration.

    The Send Post Data is an HTTP Post method. =)

    It was mentioned on top of the user guide..

    Some Use Cases:

    - Save form data to your MySQL Database using your own server side script.

    - Display form data to your custom thank you page using a php script.

    - Pass form data to any 3rd party services that accepts HTTP Post.

    Hi,
    Thank you for that information. I created a custom webform and completed the steps you mentioned. I added the posting URL from our lead manager under “Thank You > Custom URL “. I spoke to our account manager over there and they mentioned we have an integration set up with jotform already.
    I completed the webform I created and submitted it. I brought me to a success page, URL: https://secure.velocify.com/Import.aspx?Provider=Jotform.com&Client=WilshireConsumerCredit&CampaignId=30
    However, I do not see the new lead created in our system.
    Is there something I am doing wrong here?

    I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52005806920145 and I can see it also working

     

    However, I do not see the new lead created in our system.

    Is there something I am doing wrong here?

    I am not familiar how your lead manager system work. But it should be able to parse the URL 

    https://secure.velocify.com/Import.aspx?Provider=Jotform.com&Client=WilshireConsumerCredit&CampaignId=30

    and pull the data from it. The submission will NOT directly create the lead into your system... you need to use the data posted.
