Conditional formatting for show and hide conditions is not working properly

I have setup a form that uses conditional formatting.  It works perfectly for me, but when others have tried to use it, the conditional formatting seems to be frozen.

In case my question was not clear, when my coworkers click either of the following buttons, nothing happens.

I'd like to receive a formal invitation to this event. I'd like to purchase event tickets right away!

But if they refresh the page, then the buttons work.  What is happening that is making the page not work initially but then work once it is refreshed?

    Thanks

Thank you for the additional details. I took a look at your form and it is working properly for me.

Could you please tell me what if they are using some specific browsers to see the form (when it is not working for them), or if they are looking at the embedded form instead?

If so, do give us the link to the page where the form is embedded so that we can check it out and see how it works.

Thank you for the response.  The embedded form is at http://http://http://www.teamqli.com/red.

The problem is occurring on multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Explorer).  I have visited with 7-8 different people, and I asked them to visit that page (I asked only one to go to the jotform link that I pasted above, but the identical problem was occurring).

The form works for everyone after they reload the page.  It also then works the first time if they open a new browser window, and then type in the http://http://http://www.teamqli.com/red url.  They do not need to refresh the page to have the form work properly once it works once.

Thank you again for the support.  It would be really nice to resolve this issue.

It actually worked great for me each time, but since I do see that you are using js embed code which is susceptible to conflicts, I would suggest using the iframe embed code instead.

You can see how to get it here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

Once you embed it using this code, it should work properly for you each time, but do let us know if the issues continue for some reason.
