After testing my forms they are hard to read once received. Is there a way to improve the layout for better legibility?

I am creating a quote form for a contractor. Their office manager is older and has a difficult time reading text. Since she will be handling all of the submitted forms, is there a way to make the forms more legible when she is reading them in her inbox?

I think just spacing the results and differentiating between the form's questions and applicant's answers would really help her.

I think you were just viewing the submissions in the Inbox in the My Forms page.
