    How to have uniform fonts in my form

    Asked by BVTours on July 20, 2015 at 07:04 PM

    I wish the fonts to be uniform and the same size,  as the 1st part which has the hotel satisfaction ratings.

    I've tried going into the editing view and no changes are made.

    I suggest checking out the Form Designer tutorial video guide on Fonts here

    http://www.jotform.com/form-designer/tuts/episode2/

    I did see the inconsistency on the font you mentioned on your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32088835076966

    for override approach you can also inject this CSS code to your form

    .form-matrix-table {

      font-family: Tahoma !important;

      font-size: 14px !important;

    }

    user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    it should look like this

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    I've added the code, it shows on preview but it is not showing on the actual form.

    Hi BVTours,

    I checked your form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32088835076966 and the form is properly displayed (uniform font).

    Can you try clearing your form cache and browser cache and see if it works? If it still does not work, can you provide to us the browser version and device you are using so we can further check the issue? If you have embedded your form to your website, can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded the form?

    We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

    The top columns with Satisfied, V Satisfied are running into each other as well is there a way to change that?

    My preview screen and when I am in the form to edit do not match. Why?

    That is correct. The reason was because the custom CSS code that you injected will be loaded only outside the form builder. I checked your form and it shows that font is now the same.

    The top columns with Satisfied, V Satisfied are running into each other as well is there a way to change that?

    I need to move this inquiry to another thread since it is a different issue. Here's the URL of the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/615543

    Thank you for understanding.
