jotform and mailchimp integration error message

Hello,

I am trying to integrate my jotform with mailchimp and I keep getting this error message: "Error occured please try again: You are not allowed to make this request". It is not working with google plus contact integration either. Please advise.

Can  you please describe more where and when the error message occur?

Currently, I could not produce the same issue when I test the MailChimp integration on my forms.
