Is it possible to customise the grid on the submissions page to add in a date field for when orders have been processed?

    I send out orders and would like to add a field to the submissions grid so I can show when an ordered was sent out and when it was invoiced

    Unfortunately no, you can not customize the grid to add an extra field to the form, at least not directly, but you can do it indirectly, by adding the DateTime field to your jotform.

    You can hide this field or place it on a hidden page, so that you can edit the form and add this extra info to it, without your customers seeing such things.

    In regards to your request to send you reply to the specific email, please note that our forum replies go to the email that is registered with the account and that we can not change this, but if you want, you can always send us an email and we will reply back through that exact email.
