The last form was submitted without payment which should not happen. Also the person said that she could not see all the info concerning the billing section. Do I need to adjust any settings

I just sent a test and was able to submit the form and redirected to the Paypal site with no problem.
Is the form embedded in a webpage of yours? If so, please share the link with us.

andrewsweddingsReplied on July 21, 2015 at 11:39 AMI just put a bandaid on it as customers were trying to book but could not see the list of payment selections. I forced the payments to show by a rule "when date is filled" payment section will show, otherwise it does not show. I have not worked on the form but it happened out of the blue yesterday. I could not get it to show unless I forced the rule I now have.It also seems to be happening with the form http://form.jotform.us/form/50607349098159 but in reverse. At times customers pay for services and payment comes through but form is placed in section where no payment was received.Wondering if I have a setting somewhere that is not right?Peter AndrewsAndrews Wedding Ceremonies LLC2100 Valleydale DrArlington, TX 76013 Tel: 817 422-3901Email: peter@dfwgetmarried.com www.dfwgetmarried.com

Glad to know you sorted out the conditions for the other form.
I guess you should explain us in detail the desire scenario for the form http://form.jotform.us/form/50607349098159, sometimes show/hide conditions might get in conflict specially if you use a field to show, then in the next rule, the field will not show.
I await for your description and we will be happy to assist you.
