Can I make submission data not editable through edit link?

    Hi,

I am planning on disabling a form so that customers cannot continue to edit.  However, disabling makes it so that a customer cannot view the information which they submitted.  Is there a way to still allow people to view their form submission (and possibly make new submissions) without allowing them to edit?

To summarize, instead of a customer seeing "this form has been disabled" I would like them to see a static version of their submission without being able to edit it.  Please let me know if this is possible and keep up the good work!

    Hello storagesquad,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to allow your users to be able to see their own submission data in form (through edit link) but NOT allow them to edit the data. Is that correct?

Unfortunately if the form is disabled, their edit link will also not work as it will display message that "This form is currently unavailable!".

On possible solution I can think of is that you should go ahead and delete the "Submit" button of your form. If the submit button is not there in your form and it is enabled, the edit link will work as expected to display the submission data but no one will be able to submit the form to save the changes.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
