cancellation and data

    Hi. I am just confirming that cancelling an account does not result in data loss. In other words, could I cancel for several months, then reactivate and still have all data intact? -mike

    Yes, data remain in free accounts as long as it does not surpasses the amount of space for the free plan, which is 100 MB only. Otherwise, I would recommend you to download the data in Excel format and/or dropbox.
