My quiz results came up as 0% but I created the quiz and answered every question correctly.

I have triple-checked my answers. Is there some kind of portion of the quiz I deleted by accident that is causing me to get a 0%

I checked your form and it seems to be working on my end.  At least for the fields that you have calculation values assigned for.  One of the fields it is impossible to get any points for:

There are 3 choices, all have a 0 value, you would need a fourth option for that field to work.

Check your calculation values to ensure they are associated with the correct options in your field.  The calculation itself is indeed working for the fields you have added.

For the example shown above, the correct answer is "The Carpenters" 

Would I have to make the second 0 a 20 for it to be weighted as the correct answer?

Exactly.  The Calculation value needs to be in the same position as the related option.
