I am using a PayPal form, and have listed all the products I need, but I also want to have an additional option for people to pay their outstanding balance, so that is a custom amount field.. Is that possible?
Thanks!

Hi,
To be able to have both products and a custom amount, you would need to use non-payments fields for your products, assign calculation values to them, then perform a total calculation:
http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
After you have your total, you can then forward the total to a PayPal field as a custom amount:
http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
I cloned your form and setup the first few fields to show you how it works:

Since I used text boxes for the most part, calculation values were not necessary. If you use dropdowns or checkboxes, they would need calculation values.
This setup would allow for you to have your products as well as enable your users to enter a custom value.
If you have any questions regarding this setup, let us know and we will be happy to help.
