I supposed you are pertaining to this form: http://www.jotform.com/51804745384157

I believe you are using PayPal Pro on your Form, and there is an option for you to pay using a Credit card and put your card info.

    HI,

I have created a form for my client (yes, the form you attached with the two options to pay $15 & $100.)  but it's not working in our site. I get 'Invalid Configuration  This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.'   I have tested the connection to paypal twice & it was accepted both times.

I had thought that i needed to upgrade to a paid account to get my form to accept payments but I see today that the free account will accept 10 payments. Is this 10/month or 10 ever?

Any ideas why my form isn't working???

I'd like my form to give the customer the option of choosing the $15 or $100 deposit. Then pay with paypal or the other credit cards (being processed by paypal.) Have I set my form up incorrectly?

    thanks for your help!

    Shelley

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Free Accounts may accept up to 10 payments per month.

Base on the error message you're getting, may I suggest for you to get a new API key or you can also try to enter your API key manually since it seems that the API key are not okay. After adding the API key manually, kindly test it by making a submission.

If you have already done that, and you're still experiencing the same error message, I would recommend you try to contact PayPal instead. I have checked the error message you got and here's what I found out on this website: https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/
