The jot form conditions on one of my forms seems to be malfunctioning.

I am attempting to add another condition to my form and I no longer see the option to do do.  I click on conditions and don't see the new field that I want to add a condition for.

There was a temporary issue with missing field types on conditional actions. The issue should be already fixed. Please re-check your form.
