Unauthorized account creation

    Someone created an account using my email address, but I did not sign up for your services.  Please delete the account assciated with lina@linaepicure.com, and confirm receipt of this request once completed.

    I just received an email from the company that is building our new website, and they told me they could not login to JotForm.  They created an account on my behalf without telling me, and so I submitted my request to cancel the account, not knowing it was for our new website.  Would you be able to reinstate the account?  My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
